There are many years experience running a successful production engineering facility to draw upon this has enabled us to now recommend design and material changes that will benefit manufacture,  assembly and performance.

We are able to take orders for items from drawings or free hand sketches. We use Auto-Cad 2006 and Inventor 3 Dimensional Design as our design software and therefore are able to support  proposals with drawings to suit.

The management team of Whitland Group has over 100 years combined hands on experience in the food, dairy, processing and construction industry and can offer the total process engineering solution by taking a project concept through design to and beyond completion.

Being a provider of a total engineering solution to industry throughout the UK, Whitland Group can offer integrated process systems with a wide variety of process control, in house designed to meet each application.

Whitland Group has its own fabrication capability employing over 40 specialist technicians inclusive of “World Champion” precision welders and fabricators. This fabrication facility allows Whitland Engineering not only to design and build tailor made equipment but also to refurbish and modify existing equipment to meet new applications.

Whitland Group also has highly experienced Food Technologists who can help to take process concepts to full design. The company has significant experience in working in live manufacturing environments where a high degree of food safety diligence and installation flexibility is essential.
