• Principal Contractor for a £4.6m factory expansion involving the construction of a new cheese packing hall, installation of new cheese production and packing equipment and major site services upgrade.

• Design and installation of Turn-Key milk processing and poly-bottle filling plant involving the upgrading of an existing processing room into a high standard food grade processing facility £2.4m

• Project monitoring for the Bank of Scotland on a £11m project investment involving a green field site project with product processing, storage and distribution scope.

• Milk and cream processing - £300 K.

• Installation of whey clarification and cheese fines recovery - £150k

• Installation of Whey Evaporator  - £200 K.

• Design, supply and installation of explosion ducting systems for 5 powder spray driers - £150k

• Design and installation of automated water and product recovery systems from a milk evaporation and separation process - £580k

• Principal Contractor and Planning Supervisor under the CDM regulations for the supply and installation of cream processing plant, butter making and 25kg bulk butter packing inclusive of PLC automation and SCADA networking and associated civil works including formation of hygienic food processing rooms - £700k

• Principal Contractor under the CDM regulations for the refurbishment of cheese packing facility including provision and installation 230m2  mezzanine above existing packing lines, hygienic white walling, resin floors, drains, mechanical & electrical services together with relocation of packing equipment - £500k

• Project Management of a £5m green field site development for a food storage and distribution centre from development of design, production of tender documents, and provision of advice to client together with management of the project through to completion in Autumn 2007.

Principal Contractor under the CDM regulations for the supply and installation of liquid milk and cream processing plants for production of poly bottles for the retail market.
