All five equal shareholders are “hands on” employed directors of the Company with over 100 years experience within the Food & Dairy Industry covering the fields of Food & Dairy Technology, Process & Civil design, Electrical & PLC design, Engineering and Project Management. The management team of Whitland Group can offer the total process engineering solution by taking a project concept through design to and beyond completion.

Whitland Group has its own fabrication capability employing over 40 specialist technicians inclusive of coded welders, fabricators, electrical engineers, software engineers and CAD technicians. This fabrication facility allows Whitland Engineering not only to design and build tailor made equipment but also to refurbish and modify existing equipment to meet new applications.

Whitland Group also has highly experienced process technologists who can help to take process concepts to full design. The company  has significant experience in working in live manufacturing environments where a high degree of food safety diligence and installation flexibility is essential. Key staff include Food Technologists, educated to advanced food hygiene standard with experience in HACCP management.

Full method statements & risk assessments are produced and provided to the client as a minimum standard for all work undertaken with key staff educated to NEBOSH standard. Experienced in working under the Construction, Design Management Regulations where we have acted as Principle Contractor and Project Coordinator on a number of projects.

With a staff of nearly sixty, headed by a core team of talented and experienced individuals, Whitland Group has a wealth of knowledge & wide ranging experience in delivering projects of all sizes, from multi million pound turnkey operations through to 'add hoc' small scale installations, no project is too large or too small.
